- 24/7 ALS Coverage for all requests for an ambulance
- Maintain a Class A Service as recognized by the Tennessee Department of Health Division of EMS
- Professionalism, Competancy, and Compassion
- All Paramedics maintain certification in ACLS, PALS, Trauma, and BLS
